Desaparece en los contratos públicos de servicios la obligatoriedad de clasificación de las empresas

El pasado 28 de agosto de 2015 el Consejo de Ministros aprobó un Real Decreto por el por el que se modifica parte del Reglamento General de la Ley de Contratos de las Administraciones Públicas (Real Decreto 1098/2001), con el siguiente impacto para los contratos que se formalicen con las empresas de servicios:

  • Desaparece la obligatoriedad de clasificación.
  • El periodo para acreditar la experiencia se amplía de 3 a 5 años.
  • Cuando el valor no exceda de 35.000 euros, se establece la exención de la necesidad de acreditar la solvencia técnica, económica y financiera.

Creemos que estos cambios refuerzan aún más la necesidad de definir por parte de las administraciones pliegos de condiciones profesionalizados con el fin de minimizar los aspectos negativos que una mayor concurrencia podría provocar.
