Nuestro origen
Si bien el proyecto de Pilot CCS es un proyecto que ya había sido meditado y estudiado desde hace años, fue el 19 de noviembre de 2013 cuando comenzó a desarrollarse intensivamente lo que derivó en la constitución como sociedad el 13 de febrero de 2014. Así pues ya hemos cumplido un año y podemos decir que incluso un poquito más.
Ha sido un año intenso. Arrancar con un servicio nuevo a las empresas principales, haciéndoles ver que las cosas no se tienen por que hacer siempre igual, que hay nuevos caminos y que queríamos compartirlo con ellas, muchas veces no ha sido fácil.
Queremos agradecer a todos la confianza depositada en Pilot CCS
Nuestro primer proyecto fue para CZ Veterinaria, uno de los laboratorios referente mundial en vacunas para animales, y no podemos dejar de destacar en este punto nuestro especial agradecimiento a su Director General Andrés Fernández, que confió en una compañía que se acababa de constituir un proyecto de reducción de costes con un volumen ya relevante. Esta fue para nosotros una historia de éxito pues, después de venir esta compañía de una potentísima reducción en el coste de sus servicios de limpieza dos años antes, el reto era enorme pero aún así conseguimos un ahorro adicional superior a dos dígitos. Después vinieron otros proyectos que igualmente terminaron con sustanciales ahorros para nuestros clientes. Nuestro sincero agradecimiento a todos ellos pues no nos olvidamos de ninguno de ellos.
Tampoco podemos olvidarnos en nuestro primer aniversario de las empresas de limpieza. Queremos agradecer muy especialmente a todas las que han participado en las consultas que hemos promovido. La inmensa mayoría han entendido que no somos una amenaza, sensu contrario muchas de ellas han sabido valorar la transparencia de nuestras consultas, la seguridad de que los datos aportados son fidedignos y que nuestros procesos de consulta son sencillos, claros y ordenados. La gran mayoría, incluso las que prestaban servicio para nuestros clientes, en vez de sentir vulnerados sus intereses han sabido entender que siempre es preferible tener un interlocutor del sector que hable el mismo idioma que ellas. Las consultas comerciales de los clientes son inevitables y Pilot CCS es solo una herramienta de las mismas y el sector ha sabido comprender que los procedimientos de PILOT CCS son, por ejemplo, un sistema más eficaz que las rígidas subastas electrónicas. Otra vez gracias a todas ellas pues, aunque en trincheras diferentes, defendiendo Pilot CCS única y exclusivamente los intereses de sus clientes, si sentimos que de una manera u otra formamos parte del mismo universo.
Nuestra web
El interés por nuestra web ha ido aumentando sustancialmente a medida que Pilot CCS la ha ido mejorando y aportando información a través de ella. Hemos tenido 975 visitantes nuevos este año, y de estos el 70% en los últimos cinco meses y medio. Igualmente se elevan a 675 los que retornaron.
Este año 2015 nuestra web, en el mes de enero, ha tenido 180 visitantes nuevos, por lo que, como mínimo, esperamos en el 2015 duplicar el tráfico. Creemos firmemente en la aportación de valor de nuestros servicios de consultoría y por ello entendemos que, por extensión, nuestra web se esta convirtiendo en una web de referencia en los departamentos de compras. Esto es debido en gran parte, por las periódicas aportaciones de información novedosa para el comprador. Obviamente todo lo expuesto supone un importante refuerzo de nuestra marca.
